Strawberry Cheescake Trifle Bowl

I originally found this recipe on Kraft Food's website and over the years, we've adapted it and made it for several picnics and family gatherings. It's always a hit and the kids have so much fun helping to make it.

For this recipe, you'll need:

3 cups sliced fresh strawberries
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
1-1/2 cups cold milk
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
2 cups thawed Whipped Topping, divided
2 cups frozen pound cake cubes (1 inch)
Chocolate Chips (optional garnish)
1 square baking chocolate (I also use Hershey's syrup) for garnish

1.  COMBINE berries and sugar. Refrigerate until ready to use.
2.   BEAT cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Add dry pudding mix; mix well. Blend in 1-1/2 cups whipped topping.  Spoon 1/3 of the mixture into 2-1/2-qt. bowl.
3.  TOP with cake, berries and 1/3 cream cheese mixture.   Add another layer of cake, and berries, and top with remaining cream cheese mixture.
4.   REFRIGERATE 4 hours.
5.  DRIZZLE melted baking chocolate (or Hershey's syrup) over the top and sprinkle with chocolate chips.  Top with whipped topping and a strawberry.

And look at my cute little helpers :)
