Garlic Caesar Chicken

We eat a lot of chicken in our house and this is one of my husband's favorites. Since it only requires a few ingredients and the kids love it, I'm happy to oblige!
4 Chicken Breasts
2 Tablespoons minced garlic (more or less to taste)
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup Caesar dressing
1/4 cup grated Parmesan

1. Heat chicken and garlic over medium heat in a non-stick skillet. Brown chicken 4 minutes on each side.
2. Stir in chicken broth and dressing.
3. Continue cooking until chicken is cooked through.
4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, cover, and remove from heat. Let sit one minute.

My husband loves this with roasted potatoes and asparagus or broccoli.
